people of all ages and walks of life.Over 8 steps we build "from the
ground up" - from your ankles to lower legs to knees to thighs to hips,
improving the strength, control, and freedom you have over your body,
with explanation of why each step helps your knees. The 8 steps take
15-20 minutes in total, and I suggest doing them up to 3 times per
week.You do not need any weights, equipment, or special abilities for
